How the guarantee works

All the products sold on the World Hair are covered from the conventional guarantee of the producer and by the 24 months warranty for defects of conformity, according to DL 24/02.
To qualify for warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice you will receive via e-mail in PDF format. The customer, with the acceptance of the purchase contract, acknowledges the Service mode in effect at the time of the appeal in Care Warranty, which accepts.
The producer's conventional guarantee is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation present inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect is not covered by the conventional warranty of the manufacturer, the Customer will be charged any costs of verification and restoration required by authorized Assistance, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by us.

 

24 months warranty

The guarantee of 24 months according to DL 24/02 applies to products that present a conformity defect, provided the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved to the private Consumer (physical person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in order form a reference to VAT).
In case of conformity defect, we will restore the conformity of the product by repair/replacement or reduction of price, until the termination of the contract. Only after the issuance of an authorization number, the customer will have to send the goods by following the instructions contained in the email itself. In the case where, for any reason, not be able to make your customer a product in guarantee (restored or replaced), will proceed at its own discretion to refund the entire amount paid or replacement with a product with equal or superior characteristics.

If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect should not prove a lack of conformity according to DL 24/02, the Customer will be charged any costs of verification and restoration required by Authorized Assistance, as well as transportation costs if incurred by us.


Delays

No damage can be required to us for any delays in repairs or replacements carried out by service centers chosen by the customer.

Return

In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...).
To limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to enter into a second box; should be avoided in all cases affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.

Applicable law

The contract of sale between the Customer and the World the Hair is not concluded in Europe and governed by European Law. For the solution of civil and penal controversies deriving from the conclusion of this distance sale contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that of the reference hole of his country of residence.

Service and Warranty provided directly by us
In cases where assistance is not provided directly from the manufacturer, you must fill out the request form.
You will receive an email communicating the number of RMA with all the directions for the packing and shipping. In the case of telephone contact, the operator RMA meets from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00.
The product will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with an equal, equivalent or higher.
The customer will have to send the goods by following the instructions contained in the email with which it has been notified of the return authorization number.
Will be rejected to Sender with costs paid by him, all shipments of products:

not including packaging, accessories, and refuse to receive the original.
Received with outer packaging unsuitable or inadequate and therefore damaged during transportation, the Warranty does not cover damage due to the non-use of original packaging and adequate protective outer packaging safety authorized service center
If the product is tampered with World Hair reserves to accept the validity of the Warranty.

Conventionally it is excluded any right of Customer to damages or compensation and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things.

In the case of changes to the Terms of the Warranty, we will apply conditions on Warranty for products, in force at the time of purchase of the Customer.
